Schedule your call

We typically operate on a waitlist basis, so you may see that call openings are 2-3 months away. Our waitlist is often shorter in summer and early fall, and peaks in winter months.  Booking a call secures your spot on the list, and puts you in line for any earlier slots that may open up, so don’t wait!

Many farms start with both a Website Consultation and a Marketing Consultation, and if you do that we’ll make sure you meet with the same consultant for both calls. Nearly all marketing efforts will hinge on having a strong website, so if you’re not sure where to start, we recommend a Website Consultation.

There’s no pressure and no sales pitch — that’s not our style.

Can’t schedule a paid call? If you work for a government agency that requires a contract before paying an invoice, or if there's another reason this system doesn't work for you, reach out and let us know: hello@grapevinelocal.com or (219) 225-6565. We may be able to accommodate, based on your needs and our schedule. We'd love to hear from you!

Website Consultation

We'll host a call to discuss your website needs, review options, answer your questions, and talk through website strategy — including website platform options.

The consultation budget is $200, and there will be an additional fee if you ask us to follow up with a scope of work. The cost of both items will be deducted from your total website cost if you decide to move forward, and if you don't, you'll still come away with valuable information. (Deduction applies as long as the project cost is at least 4x the cost of the consultation and scope.)

Marketing Consultation

We'll host a call to discuss your needs, review options, answer your questions, and talk through marketing strategy.

The consultation budget is $200, and there will be an additional fee if you ask us to follow up with a written strategy or scope of work (may not be necessary if you’re selecting packages from the PDF). The cost of both items will be deducted from your total project cost if you decide to move forward with work (as long as the project cost is at least 4x the cost of the consultation and scope). And if you don't move forward, you'll still come away with valuable information.

FAQs

  • Many farms start with both a Website Consultation and a Marketing Consultation, but it’s also fine to start with just one.

If you already have a website you feel good about, and you’re not sure what services you need, start with a Marketing Consultation and we’ll guide you from there!

If you don’t have a website yet, or your website needs work, start with a Website Consultation. Your website is the foundation of your marketing, so if you only invest in professional support for one item, this is the one to start with!

  • We’ve had a waitlist for years and when it got too long, we knew we had to make a change.

Charging for our time and expertise enables us to compensate our teammates fairly, so that we can recruit and retain talented, experienced pros.

This also means we can talk to serious farms sooner, so they don’t have to wait for months while we spend time talking to folks who aren’t quite ready to invest in professional marketing.

You’ll also get real value from your call, like guidance on website platform, recommendations on where to focus marketing efforts, and help thinking through your strategy. If you don’t hire us for a project, you’ll still walk away with valuable information, and if you do hire us, we’ll deduct the call fee from your total project budget (as long as the project cost is at least 4x the cost of the scope).

  • We book about 3-8 weeks out, depending on time of year. (We get the most requests November-March.)

The times you see available are the earliest openings we have.

Part of the reason for the wait is that we aim to take fantastic care of every client, so we don’t take on more work than the amount we know can do well. We’ve had a waitlist virtually every month since 2020, largely due to word of mouth from satisfied clients. (Check out their testimonials.)

While you’re waiting for your call, there’s plenty you can do to start preparing for your project. If you’re getting a website, you can decide on delivery zones, drop points, and product details (including pricing). You can also start gathering your existing high-res photos, or start taking new ones. The sooner you have these items and answers, the sooner your project can begin.
