We’ll share future job openings here on our website, as well as LinkedIn, NAFSN, and Good Food Jobs.
Current Openings
We have no current openings, but we’d love to hear from you. We’re a small company, so we seek out team members with diverse skill sets, and we often build the role to match the team member. Tell us about yourself!
Most roles range from 24-40 hours a week depending on your availability, experience, and the range of projects you can manage independently. In 2025, most roles will pay $28-42/hour based on skills and experience. (The high end represents those with the absolute strongest experience and most diverse skills, e.g. food systems work + strong management experience + proven track record in SEO + >$100k Google ads experience + thorough understanding of GA4 + proposal experience.) See more about benefits below.
We anticipate bringing on another Senior Marketing Consultant or two in 2025, along with another Website Project Manager or similar role, and will need support with operations/admin/TBD. (We are unlikely to need entry-level help and will be seeking candidates with a bare minimum of 3 years of experience.)
Skills that are always in demand here: Google Ads, Meta Ads, HTML/ CSS, liquid, Shopify, Klaviyo, SEO, independent project management, account management, food systems work experience, and ability to invent solutions and produce quality work even when there is no template.

I love working at Grapevine because I get to work with amazing, interesting people - both on the Grapevine team and as clients! I feel like the work I do is valued and actually makes a positive impact for small businesses that are doing good things for their communities.
The thing that makes working at Grapevine different is the genuine emphasis on work-life balance, and the care taken to actually achieve and maintain it by everyone that works here. People can set their own hours and have that respected, without exception - when you sign off for the day, you can truly disconnect from work. Work is planned thoughtfully around everyone's needs and schedules.
I also love working at Grapevine because I feel like I can be myself! Everyone on our team is so authentically kind and understanding. We talk openly about what we need in order to create high-quality work for clients at a sustainable pace, without compromising our schedules, personal well-being, or other life needs. I feel really lucky to work here!
— Jacy, Senior E-commerce Consultant
My favorite part of working at Grapevine is the people. Everyone helps out, learns from each other, and is friendly. Projects that I'd normally consider tough feel so much easier with a supportive team.
What makes Grapevine different from other jobs is the level of organization and communication. Sarah has set up a great system for keeping track of projects, documents, and communication. You can truly close your laptop for the night and feel confident that everything has been taken care of.
If you apply, you might be surprised to find out that our office is closed on Fridays! Three day weekends rule and are a huge perk of working here.
— Allyson, Senior Marketing Consultant
I really like that Grapevine is result oriented and client first without the normal pressure of most agency environments. Everyone is allowed to govern themselves accordingly and given the opportunity to show their work ethic. And as result, our clients are provided with the best.
— Natassia, Marketing Consultant
My favorite part of working at Grapevine is bringing farmers' passions to life through design. I feel lucky I get to do what I do!
What makes Grapevine different from other jobs is the work/life balance. Everyone is encouraged to take time off as needed and rush projects are extremely odd. I can't remember a single work emergency at Grapevine!
The best part of my job is the balance of independent work and collaboration.
— Gabi, Senior Graphic Designer
I love working at Grapevine because not only are my teammates amazing, but our clients are too! Everyone here is so supportive and talented. I absolutely love working with farmers and providing marketing and E-comm solutions that actually make a difference and contribute to a more local, sustainable food system.
What makes Grapevine different from other jobs is the flexibility and organization of the company. Sarah has created an environment that is very understanding of prioritizing things like life events, illness, mental health, etc... I feel like I can always speak up about my needs and everyone is supportive and willing to help out if needed. Everything is very organized which makes projects and tasks a lot easier to manage and keep track of.
I like that every day at Grapevine is different! Projects vary since our clients' needs vary, so there's always something new and fun to be working on or thinking about.
— Brooklyn, Marketing Consultant
