Tell us about one of your favorite farm projects
“I started a few years ago photographing for a ranch, and quickly fell in love with it. I took photos for them, everything from headshots, livestock, product shots, landscapes. The best place to check out my work for them would most likely be their Instagram account.”
Why do you work with farmers?
“I am passionate about helping folks learn about where their food comes from. I love connecting the rancher/farmer to their community and aiding them in telling their story through photography.”
What’s in your kit?
“I use my camera body and a few different lens options, a light reflector, flash, and additional lighting options.”
What’s your lighting setup?
“I do have additional lights, such as strobe and a few stand lights. I normally do not find them necessary to use, unless I’m shooting products.”
