“My favorite is, of course, my own family's farm. It is where I developed my passion for agriculture and my photography skills.”

Why do you work with farmers?

“I have a unique perspective. I grew up on a grain farm, studied ag communications and then worked for agencies in midwestern cities. This was right at the time when the farm/food conversation got louder. I then studied visual sociology in London to understand how we could move past buzzwords that mean different things to different people and show authentic farming through lifestyle images. That is the cornerstone of my business now.”
