Email & SMS Marketing for Maple Wind Farm

We configured Drip workflows and designed email templates for this Vermont farm, and we set up all technical aspects of the Drip account according to best practices, including SMS text message marketing.

Maple Wind Farm’s customers can choose whether to opt in to SMS, enabling the farm to quickly spread the word about restocks and events. And since SMS is fully integrated with Drip, we created text messages at key steps within our email workflows — so Drip checks whether the customer is opted in and then automatically sends text instead of email, when appropriate.

Drip is a fantastic tool for marketing to your farm’s existing customers and contacts, and it’s especially important for any farm that sells online. When configured correctly, Drip increases your online sales with automated emails for different scenarios: customers who haven’t ordered for a while; customers who started adding items to their cart but didn’t finish checking out; new contacts who haven’t ordered yet; and many more detailed scenarios.
