New event tracking for those with Shopify and Klaviyo integrations

For those with Shopify, new event tracking is available, increasing recognition of site visitors and capturing more subscriber data. This means you can increase revenue by implementing additional triggered flows, more effective segments, and improved form targeting.

The update also introduces new automation features, such as Collection Browse Abandonment and Search Abandonment flows. The great news? This is part of your Klaviyo subscription and can be activated with just a few clicks. Simply visit your Shopify integration settings to set up the extra tracking. If you’d like help setting this up, let us know!

What We've Been Up To

We designed a logo and custom Squarespace mini-website for Indiana Food Vision, a statewide food charter initiative. The site captures survey submissions, email signups, and features news and events.

Additionally, we created a Meta ads campaign — developing visuals, writing ad copy, and building specific targeted audiences — to drive survey responses that will shape the food charter. We also set up a welcome email flow to introduce new subscribers to Indiana Food Vision and invite them to participate by completing the survey.

Last month, most of our team dedicated an entire week to enhancing our internal processes, overhauling documentation across 9 key topics and creating 40 updated checklists!

Why is this important? By refining our practices, we're not just improving our workflow — we're elevating the service we provide to our clients. Our commitment to excellence means we can better support you on your marketing journey!
