Website for Champlin’s Sugar Creek Farm

We collaborated with this grass-fed beef farm in Wisconsin to develop a custom-designed GrazeCart website. It features:

✔️ Bulk Beef Ordering System: We set up an ordering system for bulk beef using a variety of predetermined packages, with automated inventory controls built right in. Customers can pick their harvest date based on the farm’s pre-arranged processing dates for the year, and they can choose local pickup or home delivery.

✔️ Custom Code & Design: We used HTML and CSS code to generate a one-of-a-kind design to complement the farm’s new branding, including custom-designed icons and an interactive farm history timeline. (Even with custom design, the farm can easily make ongoing updates to website pages as needed — and we’re always here to help, too!)

✔️ Best practices for SEO: aka Search Engine Optimization, which is determined by content and influenced by design, visitor experience, and other factors that help make it easy for new customers to discover this farm via Google.

✔️ Streamlined Customer Experience: Clear messaging, easy online shopping, and custom transactional emails all combine to create a positive experience that make it easy for customers to place their first order and then keep coming back!

“I’ve been impressed with the website draft and everything looks pretty darn good on iphone. I'm really happy with the look and feel and all the picture choices. You guys did a fantastic job with the heaping pile of info I gave you and turning it into a great website!  Appreciate all your hard work on the Drip email project, too!  You all are the best. Excited to share this soon!”

April 2024 update: “The ads you set up are paying off. For my April orders, I had 6 net new customers ordering a total of 7 beef quarters out of the 12 I had available. Plus, a number of new people I don't know have signed up for the farm newsletter. I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback on my website, and I think this is why I stand out against my local competition.  I’m really happy with Grapevine’s excellent work, great staff and the results we’re achieving in such a short time.”

April 2025 update: “For my 2025 sales of bulk beef, as of today I have sold 95% of the quarters I have available for the year. This includes 7 net new customers that found me through google/website. In terms of my retail sales (cuts/bundles) I have also been sold out of the most popular cuts for some time and restocking soon but already pre-sold some of that, too. So, for 2026, I’ll be increasing my inventory of animals by about 50% as I have also had some additional people contact me that wanted to buy but didn't want to wait until the end of the year where I still have some quarters left.”
