Toolkit Design for Purdue Extension
Written By Gabriela Muniz
We provided page layout and graphic design for two farmers market training books developed by Purdue Extension as part of their Market Basket 360 initiative. The layout incorporates the angular color blocks required by Purdue branding at the time, with color coded design for each book section. In order to add visual interest, every chapter starts with one of several dozen items you’d find at a famers market: fruits, vegetables, guitars, cash boxes, pork sticks, cupcakes, jams, benches, umbrellas…all color coded in accordance with that section’s theme.
