Website for NWI Food Council
We designed the original custom Squarespace website for this local food council back in 2017, when they were a fledging non-profit, running solely on hard work of volunteers. (This was also our first pro bono marketing project!) The professional website lent an established authenticity to the food council, so combined with the impressive work their team was doing, people were often surprised to learn that the council had no office and no funding at the time.
By 2022, the years of hard work by their dedicated volunteers was paying off — they found themselves with a number of grant-funded programs, including a wholesale food hub, farm tool library, and food access initiatives, plus an office space to call home. Meantime, they had also transitioned from B2C to a primarily B2B organization. It was time for a complete website redesign to support their new identity, and we were honored to partner with them again on this project!
We helped organize their content, offered light editing, and designed a brand new look in a fully custom Squarespace website. Like all our websites, it’s easy for the food council team to maintain in-house, and we’re always available to lend a hand.
“Wow!! This looks AMAZING! I'm almost speechless haha. I love love love it. It's so dynamic and engaging — great job with the beautiful photos and keeping the loads of content readable and not overwhelming. Sincerely impressed and can't wait to make this live!”

Thanks so much to your team.”
